How do I open/submit a ticket?

Click on “Login” on our menu. Type in your username/email address and password, and click on login.

Once logged in, click on “Support” on the top-right menu and you will be taken to a page to submit your ticket.

Once on the support page, type in your issue/question title, describe your issue, attach an image where applicable, and click on submit.

That’s it. One of our representatives will be in touch with you afterward.

What does content edit mean?

Content edits include editing existing content, changing or integrating new plugin settings, and CSS adjustments. They do not include custom development (PHP, plugins, themes, etc), updating custom code, doing graphic design, PSD to WordPress, or building out a new website or subdomain.

Does it matter what hosting provider I am using for my WordPress website?

We’ll work with you regardless of your hosting provider. We understand that different websites have different needs and that people have realistic budgets that they have to meet. How long will it take to onboard and set me up on my plan?

After successful payment and submission of our onboarding form, it takes at most 4 hours to set you and your website up on your support plan.

Do you offer payment plans?

We take our time to onboard each client’s website to ensure we provide quality and efficient services, hence we operate a quarterly, bi-annual, and yearly payment plan. However, if you would prefer to subscribe to our support service for just one month, we will take you on too so click here, please.

Which maintenance plan is ideal for my site?

Our Starter Plan is ideal for personal and small business website owners that require minimal support​.

Our Super Plan is ideal for dynamic websites such as online stores, blogs/forums, memberships, or directories.

Our Pro Plan is ideal for mission-critical individual or business websites like big eCommerce stores, associations, courses, & high net-worth websites with constant traffic and visibility that need extra support regularly.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit/bank cards. We offer Stripe & PayPal payment processing gateway options on our website so you can rest at ease knowing you are in safe hands.

Our payment gateways handle all payment transactions, hence we do not store your card details on our website.

What does WordPress Website Support mean?

If you have a WordPress website and you have a technical or non-technical problem/question/issue or you need to make a change like remove a banner, change color or layout, add a new page or post, or add basic functionality, you can submit a ticket explaining the problem in the best way possible and we will assist in resolving this issue.

We also carry out regular maintenance updates, performance and security scanning, timely backups, database optimizations, and other maintenance and support services specific to your subscription on our platform.

How often do you back up my site?

Starter member sites are backed up every 12 hours, Super member sites are backed up every 6 hours, Pro member sites are backed up every 1 hour, Plus Annual member sites are backed up every 24 hours & Free member sites are backed up every month on request only.

What are instructional videos and how do we get them?

Instructional videos are made to show how to carry out a task on your WordPress website, they will be posted on our blog and shared with you, if one exists already, we will send it your way where required and or needed.
