Which maintenance plan is ideal for my site?

Essential Plan is ideal for personal and small business website owners who require minimal support, and dynamic websites such as online stores, blogs/forums, memberships, or directories.
Growth Plan is ideal for mission-critical individual or business websites, such as big eCommerce stores, associations, courses, and high-net-worth websites with constant traffic and visibility that need extra support regularly.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit/bank cards, mobile wallets, and all country-specific payment methods offered by Stripe and PayPal. Our payment gateways handle all payment transactions, hence we do not store your complete card details on our website.

How long will it take to onboard and set me up on my plan?

After successful subscription and submission of our onboarding form, it takes at most 4 hours to set you up and running on your support plan.

How often do you back up my site?

All sites get daily automated backups and sites on our Growth Yearly Plan get Hourly Backups on their websites.

My Site is hacked, what should I do?

Do not panic, open an emergency ticket right away so we can assist you better. If you are not a member, use our form to request a Developer for help with a hacked site immediately.

How do I open/submit a ticket?

Click on “Login” on our menu. Type in your username/email address and password, click on login, once logged in, click on “Create Ticket” on the menu, type in your issue/question title, describe your issue, attach an image where applicable, and click on submit. That’s it. One of our representatives will be in touch with you within 2 hours.

What does WordPress Website Support mean?

If you have a WordPress website and you have a technical problem or need to make a change like remove a banner, change color or layout, add a new page or post, or add basic functionality, you can submit a ticket explaining the problem in the best way possible and we will do our best to help you resolve the issue. We also carry out regular maintenance updates, scanning, backups, database optimizations, and other maintenance services specific to your subscription to our services.

What does content edit mean?

Content edits include editing existing content, changing or integrating new plugin settings, and CSS adjustments. They do not include any custom development (PHP, plugins, themes, etc.), updating custom code, doing graphic design, PSD to WordPress, or building out a new website or subdomain. Does it matter what hosting provider I am using for my WordPress website?
