Once logged in, click on “Create A Ticket” on the top-right menu and you will be taken to a page to submit your ticket.
Once on the support page, type in your issue/question title, describe your issue, attach an image where applicable, and click on submit.

Content edits include editing existing content, changing or integrating new plugin settings, and CSS adjustments. They do not include custom development (PHP, plugins, themes, etc), updating custom code, doing graphic design, PSD to WordPress, or building out a new website or subdomain.

After successful payment and submission of our onboarding form, it takes at most 4 hours to set you and your website up on your support plan.
We take our time to onboard each client’s website to ensure we provide quality and efficient services, hence we operate a quarterly, bi-annual, and yearly payment plan. However, if you would prefer to subscribe to our support service for just one month, we will take you on too so click here, please.
Our Essential Plan is ideal for personal and small business website owners. We offer both monthly and annual payment options on this plan.
Our Growth Plan is ideal for dynamic websites such as online stores, blogs/forums, memberships, or directories who want to pay monthly or for year-long access to our support and maintenance services.
We accept all major credit and debit/bank cards. We offer Stripe & PayPal payment processing gateway options on our website so you can rest at ease knowing you are in safe hands.
Our payment gateways handle all payment transactions, hence we do not store your card details on our website.
If you have a WordPress website and you have a technical or non-technical problem/question/issue or you need to make a change like remove a banner, change color or layout, add a new page or post, or add basic functionality, you can submit a ticket explaining the problem in the best way possible and we will assist in resolving this issue.
We also carry out regular maintenance updates, performance and security scanning, timely backups, database optimizations, and other maintenance and support services specific to your subscription on our platform.
Essential member sites are backed up every 24 hours and Growth member sites are backed up every 2 hours.
Instructional videos are made to show how to carry out a task on your WordPress website, they will be posted on our blog and shared with you, if one exists already, we will send it your way where required and or needed.
